It is nearly 20 years since we created Keys®. 2022 was understatedly full of surprises for us. We are stronger because of you. We survive and flourish because of you. I receive these heartfelt messages all year long from our customers. Your feelings fuel our team, Bob, and me.

Especially at this time every year, we get notes attached to orders, customer service notes, and handwritten notes thanking us for our products and dedication to making the best products possible. We are committed to creating products that solve skin problems and naturally make you feel and look good. So, I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your appreciation of our products and team. We maintain a positive outlook and positive intention for you and our products.

Keys®, our company, was founded in Key West, The Conch Republic. Many think Key West is in Florida, but only a few know they seceded from the US in 1982. It is the home of many creative people now and in the past. Hemmingway is perhaps our most famous. Tennessee Williams called Key West his home, and one of my favorite quotes by him is, "I don't want realism. I want Magic! This is our company motto. Our company is based on the natural warmth of Key West. This year's visit was incredibly heartwarming and rekindled my love for the quirky place that is as authentic as our products.

We physically moved west many years ago with products handcrafted in Oregon, and our corporation is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, where there are more bison than people. We still have close ties to Key West and a particularly warm spot for the lifestyle.
